Can I sleep comfortably in a heatless set?

Most people can once they find the right setup. Choose soft, low-profile tools, avoid tight ties and position bulky parts away from where your head rests, for example on top of the head if you sleep on your back. Cover the set with a smooth bonnet that holds without squeezing. If anything hurts, loosen or remove it: the American Academy of Dermatology says a painful hairstyle is too tight. Never sleep in something that is painful.
